About ME

I'm a follow no rules, go with your gut, designer and stylist.  A thrift shopper at the core and a plant lover.  You can see a video where I talk about my love for thrifting HERE  for Oregon's 1859 magazine.

Originally from north Idaho where I attended the University of Idaho graduating with a major in clothing design and a minor in interior design.  The years after college were spent traveling to different parts of the country and the world which is how I met my Aussie husband Tim.

We spent 3 years in Portland OR where we bought our first home.   You can see a home tour of our space in Portland at The Jungalow, a story about how we renovated the dining room at Design Sponge, and a write up of when it was an airbnb at Lonny Mag or listen to a podcast interview with Little Yellow Couch where I talk more about our home, design and DIY.

Portland is where I truly developed my love and professional desire for design as a home stager with OnStage.

In 2017 Tim and I, with our two dogs Cudi and Bo, spent 5 months traveling across the USA in our renovated 1982 Winnebago.  You can read more about the RV at Dwell, see a home tour of the RV at Apartment Therapy and listen to a podcast interview for Flea Style where I talk more about adventure.
